Research on drama therapy for traumatised persons
For one year Elizabeth McAdam from New York University has been working at the ITT researching Drama Therapy and Trauma. She got a grant from the Humboldt Foundation. In February 2013 McAdam and other drama therapists from the ITT joined the Community Stress Prevention Centre (www.icspc.org) and its founder Mooli Lahad in Kiryat Shmona in the Golan Heights to explore their methods in trauma treatment. A report of this journey can be found below.
This is an evaluation of a training for preventing violence developed by Ingrid Lutz and Fabian Chyle based on drama- and movement-therapy methods.
