Family Myths – Intensive Seminar 2023

System Constellations are a well established psychotherapeutic methods to make preconscious system dynamics accessible and to use them for developmental steps. In recent decades, basic psychological research has often made clear how strongly we are influenced in our perceptions and actions by unconscious “key stimuli” and perceptual patterns. Such system dynamics are often alive for generations – both as active patterns of behaviour and evaluation and as blind spots, avoidance behaviour, or taboos. Precisely because such system dynamics remain largely preconscious and are also protected by system rules, they repeatedly become new developmental blockages, personal problems and existential conflicts.

Therefore we consider this drama therapy deconstruction work on the one hand as a meaningful self-experience for (prospective) therapists and on the other hand as a helpful method supplement. It can be used for very different therapeutic situations as a highly effective experiential opportunity and as a developmental impulse:

in work with individuals, couples or families, with groups or with institutional teams
on family history topics, questions or conflicts as well as on individual problems and decision-making situations, on structural conflicts or developmental blockages.
The seminars are open to anyone who would like to work with this methodology on current conflict issues or decision-making situations, but also to anyone who would like to practice this solution-oriented system-therapeutic work as a therapeutic facilitator.

Like last year, we are offering this advanced training again as an intensive seminar – this has proven to be very fruitful! The experience of the last years had shown again and again that synergies cannot be used in the weekend format and that the time is over when it would be the turn to go one step deeper.
